Clarksdale-based Shared Experiences USA is the brainchild of founder Colleen Buyers — an entrepreneur with a background in nonprofit and corporate strategy. Shared Experiences develops 'assets' that help communities bring people to their towns. Projects include guided tours/experiences, tourism asset development, integrated digital marketing and more. Its headquarters at 121 Delta Avenue in historic downtown Clarksdale is also home to Live From Clarksdale (live-streams) and the Women In Blues Festival (each May).
